Job Description:
This role involves working part-time hours, either from 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm. The hourly rate for this position is $14.75 per hour.
- Our team members provide support with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining personal environments.
- They transport residents within the community to activities, departments, or dining areas.
- We also rely on them to respond to emergency calls, resident requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, safe manner.
- In addition, they review and adhere to resident care plans, taking vital signs when necessary.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we look for individuals with the following experiences and skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- All state educational requirements must be met.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Previous experience working with an elderly population is an asset.
- A calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor is highly valued.
