Senior Associate Attorney
An established law firm specializing in insurance defense and insurance bad faith litigation is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience. This role provides the opportunity to manage high-exposure cases from inception to trial, contributing to the firm's strong reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Trial Experience : Lead first or second chair in trial proceedings, including pre-trial motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Client Interaction : Maintain regular communication with clients, providing strategic advice and updates on case developments.
- Mentorship : Mentor junior associates, helping them develop their litigation skills and guide them through case management.
- Litigation Support : Conduct legal research, prepare motions, draft pleadings, and provide strategic input for complex cases.
- Case Management : Independently manage complex insurance defense cases, including both first-party and third-party claims, from start to finish.
