Job Summary
CREW Construction LLC is beginning a new branch, D.B.A., as "Hybrid Solar Energy". And we need to create a new sales department for this, The President will serve as the chief executive officer of the sales organization, responsible for leading the strategic direction and overall sales management of the company. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in technology sales and outside sales, who can effectively analyze market trends and drive growth. The President will oversee all aspects of the sales business, ensuring that operational goals are met while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Oversee account management processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement in technology sales.
- Create and Negotiate contracts and agreements with key partners and clients to maximize profitability.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and the community.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct Sales meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership roles within Solar sales or related fields.
- This is a commission paid Job. Your pay will depend on your sales, at 10%.
- Strong background in outside sales with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- A commitment to fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development.
- Responsible, along with the owner, to hire and lead the sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $133,653.00 - $149,469.00 per year
