What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Administrator position at Crew Culture LLC?
We are looking for a proficient Human Resources Administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion to help with the running of daily HR operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of Human Resource tasks such as managing all aspects of employee life cycle within the company. This person will have excellent problem solving skills and able to become a subject matter expert on policies and regulations. This person should be comfortable using Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, HR systems and have the ability to learn other systems quickly.
Responsibilities
- Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance
- Create and maintain employee profiles in iSolve, DataCom and other systems.
- Process separation forms and ensure compliance
- Process PTO requests
- Process and prepare weekly payroll tasks and submit bi-weekly payroll.
- Respond to all employee and manager questions in a professional manner
- Data entry using Excel
- Handle customer relation issue
- Assist the Company Controller in human resources and other tasks or projects
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Perform clerical and administrative duties such as scanning, printing, filing, etc.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle inventory
- Fulfill monthly supply orders
- Light office cleaning
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Perform other work as necessary or as requested
Skills
- Intermediate Experience in MS Office, Excel, and Gmail
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Extreme attention to detail - accuracy
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources and payroll
- Familiarity with employment and labor law
- 1 year minimum for human resource related office experience
- 2 years of administrative office experience
