3rd Cook

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Assist the 1st and 2nd Cooks in preparing high-quality meals for passengers and crew members on board the cruise ship
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of food
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all sanitation and safety procedures
• Help with inventory management and food ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand for meals
• Support in the planning and execution of special events and themed dinners
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of buffet stations and dining areas
• Collaborate with the entire culinary team to continuously improve menu offerings and guest satisfaction
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and hygiene
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
