Job Description : Responsibilities :

Maintain and repair all slot machines on board the cruise ship
Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections to ensure machines are functioning properly
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with slot machines
Perform upgrades and updates to slot machines as needed
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
Train and assist other crew members on basic slot machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Monitor and report any suspicious activity related to slot machines
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the casino

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slot Technician

Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical components of slot machines

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications
