Support Learning Resource Center Operations and provide Administrative Support for the Helicopter Sea Combat Weapons School Pacific
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School diploma required.
Training and Experience: Experience working with Computers and interacting with customers in team-oriented environment. Must qualify as Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level 1 by receiving at a minimum Comp TIA Network or A certification within 90 days of hire.
General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain a security clearance of "Secret."
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the HARP Coordinator/SME with the administrative functions of:
- HARP data collecting and presentation.
- Scheduling squadron and detachment HARP events, scheduling ranges, coordinating ground training events, coordinating NCEA requirements, developing event scenarios, drafting pre- and post-HARP messages, drafting pre- and post-HARP brief and debrief presentations and managing a HARP evaluation database comprised of HARP metrics from classroom academic events, pre and post test results, practical exercises, simulator and flight events.
- Weapons School class support such as student material preparation, classroom preparation, survey and feedback collection and analysis of responses, the preparation of executive summary presentations, courseware and the preparation of HARP Instructor-Under-Training syllabus and materials.
- Perform basic IT Help Desk functions.
- Coordinate between the HSCWSP Staff and NMCI Support Personnel.
- Perform database administrative functions ensuring proper Configuration Management
- Act as the back-up (to the HARP Coordinator) resident expert on the HARP database and provide training to staff members as required.
- Maintain/Update Staff and Student access to SHARP LMS.
- Conduct staff/student familiarization training with SHARP LMS courseware access.
- Provide Staff with critique and survey results.
- Assist Students with JMPS computers.
- Assist with material check out and check in.
- Required from 0800 until 1600 Monday through Friday.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Hourly rate is $30 plus health and welfare.
