Position Summary: As an Early Morning Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the fresh, high-quality baked goods that our customers love. Key Responsibilities:
- Dough Preparation: Mix, knead, and shape dough according to established recipes and techniques.
- Baking: Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other prodcuts to perfection, ensuring even cooking.
- Quality Control: Inspect baked goods for quality, appearance, and consistency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
