Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and translating these into detailed technical requirements
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a bridge between the business side and the development team to ensure clear and effective communication
- Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Project Management Support: Help to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the developed applications meet the specified requirements and are free of defects
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes, requirements, and changes
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interact with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met throughout the project lifecycle
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the developed applications

- Experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions
- B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years working as a business analyst or similar type position

- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of relevant technologies, software development processes, and tools
- Problem-Solving: Resourcefulness and creativity in finding solutions to business challenges
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and project requirements

Salary : $62,000 - $85,000
