Responsibilities
- Analyze data and structure of data as the HR data team continue to build the maturity of their data catalog
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel and other tools to extract valuable insights from large HR datasets
- Design and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and trends to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, collaborate with relevant teams to implement effective solutions
- Clearly communicate project goals and responsibilities to team members
- Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and convert them into actionable tasks
- Serve as a bridge between business units and IT to align data governance policies with business needs
- 2 years working as a Data Analyst with exceptional analytical skills and data aptitude
- Must be able to work 3 days per week onsite in Frisco, TX
- Data governance knowledge and foundational skills required
- Exposure of Collibra for data documentation and process management
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Ability to query SQL data from the first day is a big asset
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the HR domain
- Tableau Dashboard creation experience
- Corporate Finance Background
- Exposure/experience in Budget or variance analysis
