We operate three unique brands—Crew Supply Co., Crew®, and Garny® —each poised for rapid growth in 2025. We are looking for an ambitious, smart, and kind digital marketing expert to join our growing team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator who is excited to take a leading role in Crew's growth. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will focus on developing customer acquisition strategies, executing and aligning comprehensive marketing calendars, and optimizing SEO efforts to grow organic search traffic. Our ideal Digital Marketing Coordinator is goal-oriented, passionate about digital marketing, and eager to take on new challenges at a growing e-commerce company.
This is a full-time, salaried position for candidates currently residing in, or planning to relocate to, Columbus, Ohio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and execution of customer acquisition strategies across all channels, including:
- Development of social media strategies and management of social media team;
- Implementing SEO strategies that increase organic traffic - including targeted blog creation and web optimization.
- Strategic planning of email marketing campaigns in coordination with the email marketing team.
Ownership and organization of 360 marketing calendar - ensuring alignment across internal and external partners (social media, email, web, promotions, etc.).
Supporting web operations - including coordinating pricing updates, seasonal promotions, and web changes - to optimize conversion results.
Creating marketing assets - including packaging designs, inserts, and graphics - to further elevate the customer experience.
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- 2 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of SEO - including tools and resources such as Google Trends, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Google Analytics
- Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
NICE TO HAVES:
- E-commerce or entrepreneurial experience
- Experience with B2B sales funnels and strategy
- Experience managing third-party influencers or UGC campaigns
