LMS Administrator

Duration: FTE

Location: MN-Eden Prairie, Hybrid 1-2 days on site

Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP S4/HANA training curriculum within LMS
• Setup/maintain required Project Einstein users within LMS
• Manage assignments of appropriate training curriculum per user
• Support the build and update of Instructor-Led-Training (ILT) training schedules
• Manage the collection and input of ILT course attendance tracking and reporting
• Manage the collection and reporting of ILT Knowledge Checks
• Manage the collection and reporting of ILT Session Leaner Feedback
• Generate reports and dashboards for tracking training progress
• Support troubleshooting and resolving LMS related issues
  
  

Qualifications

• Proactive, driver, eager to learn, and great teammate
• Comfortable using Excel - a lot of manual coordination, timeline, and other tracking done in Excel
• Work or internship experience within LMS, OCM, or training
• Must be local to MN and able to work hybrid in Eden Prairie
  
  

The salary range for this role is $57,500 to $72,500 or the hourly equivalent.
