We’re looking for a dedicated Overnight Baker to join our team and ensure that each morning starts with fresh, high-quality baked goods. If you love working with your hands, take pride in crafting from scratch, and enjoy the quiet focus of overnight baking, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake our signature English muffins, cookies, scones, and other pastries from scratch.
- Follow and refine recipes to maintain consistent quality and flavor.
- Maintain an organized and efficient overnight production schedule.
- Ensure all baked goods meet our high standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
- Monitor ingredient levels and assist in inventory management.
- Keep the baking area clean and comply with food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous professional baking experience preferred (restaurant, café, or bakery).
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and managing time effectively.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Passion for artisan baking and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
