Project Manager

Duration: FTE

Location: Hybrid – onsite 2-3 days a week, Oak Park Heights, Minnesota

Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Enterprise Core Modernization initiative, supporting project reprioritization and resource allocation
• Work closely with external partners during the blueprinting phase and subsequent build phase
• Manage the technological workstream and coordinate team efforts under the guidance of a Solution Architect
• Engage in a hybrid agile delivery model, learning both the technical and project management sides of operations
• Gain familiarity with ERP systems and underlying business logic to advance the project’s goals effectively
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2 years of Project Management or Supply Chain Operations experience
• Experience with or strong interest in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of project management methodologies and principles
• Must be able to work onsite in Oak Park Heights, MN up to 4x/week
  
  

The salary range for this role is $57,500 to $72,500 or the hourly equivalent.
