Technical Project Manager

Location: MA-Boston, 100% Remote

Responsibilities

• Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for our global clients and partners
• Proactively partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, regularly educating them on solutions and deployment process while serving as a key partner to their success
• Closely collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate suite of technology with client applications
• Investigate and diagnose hardware and software challenges alongside delivery teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability
• Facilitate client status meetings to manage scope and schedule of multiple, often concurrent deployments
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company
• Self-starter by nature with applied knowledge of agile software development processes and a strong interest in learning about indoor location technology
• High-performer with an exceptional record of getting things done in a fast-paced, analytical environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
• Process-oriented with an eye for detail and improvements
• Ability to communicate in English fluently and idiomatically
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field (Computer Science is a plus)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, MS Project)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
  
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
