Brief Description
The Fixed Income Sales & Trading Intern (the "Intern") will complete a summer rotation with the municipal underwriting desk, municipal investment grade trading desk, municipal high yield trading desk, and corporate credit trading desk. Through completion of day-to-day tasks and projects from the trading desks, the Intern will learn the following concepts in municipal and credit markets:

In early 2023, the firm opened its Us Treasury Desk in New York City with a new midtown Manhattan office. Our sales and trading professionals collaborate with our proprietary strategy and market technician team to deliver relevant and actionable ideas to our broad array of institutional customers. This team offers market and economic insight across the entire rates spectrum. In addition, Crews expanded its public finance footprint by adding offices in Texas and Utah to serve municipal clients.
The Fixed Income Sales & Trading Intern (the "Intern") will complete a summer rotation with the municipal underwriting desk, municipal investment grade trading desk, municipal high yield trading desk, and corporate credit trading desk. Through completion of day-to-day tasks and projects from the trading desks, the Intern will learn the following concepts in municipal and credit markets:
- Structuring fixed income cashflows
- Pricing fixed income securities
- Municipal underwriting
- Bloomberg proficiency and application
- Relative value analysis of fixed income securities
- Municipal credit analysis
- Corporate credit analysis
Applicant Requirements:
- Rising junior or senior undergraduate student pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3
- Applicant must work on-site at Little Rock, AR Headquarters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
