Crews Bank & Trust is looking for a Customer Experience Concierge to assist the customers at our Punta Gorda office location. This important role is the first contact with those entering our branch office and efficiently assess the service need of the individual and direct them to the applicable bank team member.

The Customer Experience Concierge plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support across various banking functions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the bank's comprehensive range of services and be familiar with common banking products and features. Additionally, they should demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with valued customers.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining a welcoming presence in the lobby area, greeting customers, and engaging with them in service, and informational conversations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Provides ongoing service to account holders and exemplifies the bank’s core values while providing the highest level of service in a timely and efficient manner. Includes balance inquiries, statement research, stop payments, debit card orders, fraudulent activity, check orders, notary services, etc.
- Recognizes opportunities while interacting with customers and makes recommendations about the Bank’s other products and services. Refers customers to appropriate personnel/department as applicable such as Lending and Trust.
- Manages branch mail and distribution
- Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies for the branch, placing orders when levels are low to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintains lobby cleanliness and organized reception area, ensuring that all promotional materials, forms, and necessary documents are readily available for customers.
- Maintains working relationship with Customer Support Operations, Digital banking, IT, and other shared services to maintain efficient operation of the branch.
- Follows all bank security procedures, including non-customer policies, awareness of robbery procedures, and ensuring visitors are authorized and logged, alerting security personnel of any suspicious activities or individuals.
- Strong knowledge of all BSA requirements and related policies and procedures established under the BSA program. Attend and complete all assigned trainings involving BSA that are in accordance to your specific job duties.
Experience and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of customer service and/or banking experience
- Strong understanding of the bank’s products and services
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented work environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with JHA Silverlake platform, a plus
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Professional attire, demeanor, and overall work ethic
