We are looking for Express Service Leader. We are looking for someone to teach, guide, and lead our TWO TIER express service department. The perfect candidate will have experience in the shop, the ability to lead operations, and to teach and develop our younger techs. He, or she, would likely have experience with General Motors, Chevrolet, and Reynolds Ignite systems. And the candidate would be comfortable with service shop operations from the inside out!

The Service Manager reports directly to the Fixed Operations Director and works along with the Shop Service Manager to:
- Oversee the profitability of the Service Department through hiring, training, managing and monitoring staff and processes throughout the department
- Grow our customer experience throughout the department by insuring face to face and electronic communication with our customers, both individually and through our staff and processes
- Ensure our employees’ success through training, encouraging and managing our staff through the processes envisioned by the leadership of our Company.
- Maintain a positive and growing relationship with our manufacturer and vendors
- Continue the positive reputation and brand of Crews Chevrolet
In order to accomplish these expectations, the Express Leader will:
- Monitor and Manage the performance of all team members
- Provide training to our team on tasks necessary to succeed, including administrative, operational, and job directed policies and procedures
- Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with factory representatives as needed
- Maintain the highest customer service index ratings through handling complaints and training our team according to Company policies and expectations
- Assisting in the recruiting and training of all department personnel
- Directly guide and direct the activities of all Express Team Members
