What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Provider position at CRG Global Inc?
Busy family seeking a reliable and experienced Chiild Care Provider to provide quality childcare for our family consisting of 3 children ages 9, 7 and 3 years old. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of our children caring for them in the afternoon beginning at 2:30 pm with hours changing in the summer and school holidays. Hours are typically 2:30 - 8:00 pm but flexibility is needed if hours fluctuate. Occasional travel with children to drop off via Huntsville and Nashville airports. Must be willing to travel with children via plane on occasion if needed. Would also need help 1 weekend per month. Home is non-smoking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and responsible childcare for our children
- Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for playtime
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children & shop for groceries if needed
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, loading & unloading dishwasher, laundry
- Follow established routines and schedules
- Driving children to and from school & activities within the Huntsville & Madison areas, including to/from Huntsville and Nashville airports as needed
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding the children's well-being -Other tasks necessary to running a household
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle (Mileage will be reimbursed)
- Background and driver license checks required; reliable and honest
- Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and developmental milestones
- passion and patience with children
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 2 year minimum experience in childcare
- CPR certified
- References from previous families you have worked with
