Key Responsibilities
- Outside Sales (Builder Sales)
- New Business Development
- Lead Generation
- Product Training of the Inside Sales Team
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of Outside B2B Sales experience
- Possess a Hunter mentality with experience Generating Leads and tracking sales metrics (Salesforce).
- Experience working with Builders, Developers, and Distribution Partners is preferred.
- Building Products: Doors, Windows, Furniture, Kitchen Cabinets, and similar product experience is a plus!
- Driven, organized, competitive, and self-motivated qualities align best with this role.
