Key Responsibilities

Outside Sales (Builder Sales)
New Business Development
Lead Generation
Product Training of the Inside Sales Team

Skills and Experience

Bachelors degree required

2 years of Outside B2B Sales experience

Possess a Hunter mentality with experience Generating Leads and tracking sales metrics (Salesforce).

Experience working with Builders, Developers, and Distribution Partners is preferred.

Building Products : Doors, Windows, Furniture, Kitchen Cabinets, and similar product experience is a plus!

Driven, organized, competitive, and self-motivated qualities align best with this role.
