We’re looking for a Sr. Director, SOX Compliance for this company’s U.S. headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This is a newly created role and an opportunity to play a key part in building SOX compliance and overseeing Assurance activities.
Job Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
You would report to the SVP, Global Finance, and have a significant interaction with senior executive management across the company’s leadership team in North America and Europe.
Requirements and Experience include:
- CPA with at least 15 years of U.S. GAAP experience including "Big 4" Public Accounting.
- Exposure to well-developed internal financial control systems and experience in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
- Team-Player mentality and strong leadership skills with the ability to develop junior staff members.
