Summary
We are recruiting a seasoned Senior Project Manager. As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion. The Senior Project Manager will have the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants, and clients while successfully directing the superintendent and other project-related personnel in planning, coordinating, and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule, and budget in a manner that exceeds our client’s expectations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage on-site project activities and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Clearly define, document, and communicate project scope, constraints, deadlines, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
- Oversee the financial management of projects, including job forecasting and budget tracking.
- Coordinate the technical aspects of I&C components and design integration into the 3D model.
- Prepare and manage submittals, procure and track instrumentation and related equipment.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with budget and forecast.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain site safety.
- Enforce electrical quality control standards.
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure project success across all phases.
- Work closely with the VP of Field Strategy and EHS to ensure proper staffing and safety protocols are met.
Education, Skills, and Experience
- 7 years of successful electrical PM experience (large job experience and OSHA 30 a plus) on $15M to $30M jobs.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in electrical estimating.
- Experience with AccuBid, Bluebeam, and ViewPoint.
- Excellence in communications, both written and oral.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing Capital projects.
- Proven relationship-building and relationship-management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assist with decision-making.
- Track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
