Human Resource Manager
CRH, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Alabama, Maryland, Georgia and Florida. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy.
CRH Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time HR Manager to work out of its corporate office in Vinings, GA. The incumbent will report directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources. This role is best suited to a results-oriented self-starter who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, detail-oriented, articulate, and internet-savvy. It requires a highly organized individual with a sense of urgency to the business needs that can adapt quickly.
The ideal candidate will possess Human Resources Generalist and full life cycle recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a direct liaison to employees, efficiently responding to inquiries regarding company policies and procedures, benefits, leaves of absence, and other work-related topics
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding processes, including phone screens, background/reference checks, offer letters, and orientation
- Conduct company surveys as required
- Maintain employee information in HR / Payroll system
- Manage the termination process including HRIS updates, paperwork, and exit interviews
- Assist with HR audits
- Create and update documents including letters and presentations as required
- Perform additional Human Resources duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 4 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- 1 year of recruiting experience
- A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of web-based Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong HRIS analytical and reporting experience
- Paycor experience is a plus
- Skilled at building and maintaining a network of talent through ongoing relationship management and networking
- Comfortable using MS Office Suite
- Strong customer service and deductive reasoning skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
