Job Responsibilities
- Management of customer facing website platform ensuring the system is updated and relevant
- Work with external design agencies to produce effective marketing point of sale collateral and supporting documents.
- Produce quarterly food trend reports to circulate around the business
- Assist with the planning and implementation of quarterly regional roadshows and food showcases
- Work in conjunction with the internal sales team to provide marketing collateral and examples for inclusion in bids and tenders
- Development and co-ordination of internal fundraising/marketing campaigns
- On site audits to ensure effective implementation of central marketing initiatives
- Act as an ambassador and guardian for the Aramark brand
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the wider Northern European region to ensure standard methodology and phenomenal ideas are shared
- Work with our on-site Brand Ambassadors to ensure brand standards and best approach is shared in the regions and consistently delivered.
- Support new site openings with activation days, ensuring a flawless transition of the site or project to the operations team
- Assist the Marketing Managers to launch, develop, and improve our Centres of Excellence programme, crafted to showcase the best examples of marketing, retail, and branding.
- Carry out ad-hoc projects as the need arises by the Head of Marketing.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
- A formal Marketing / Business Qualification is highly desirable
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Excellent attention to detail & be able to prioritise tasks
- Excellent IT skills
- Knowledge of social media channels and their operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, can-do demeanor
- Can multitask & work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Able to optimally articulate decisions and present to an audience
- Full Driving license and ability to travel crucial
