Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards. There will be a $500 sign on bonus after 60 days, as well as another $500 sign on bonus after 180 days.
Job Responsibilities

Strips and cleans concrete forms
-
Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes

Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor

Performs basic carpentry skills

Operate Forklift and other heavy machinery

Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
-
At least 2 years experience in concrete panel work

Ability to communicate effectively with team members
-
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
-
Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)

Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
