Job Summary
This Production Worker role will be responsible for making quality fiberglass products for the Electrical Industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to produce products at 100% of daily production rates, read and interpret work orders and engineering prints, and maintain accurate production records.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality products at maximum daily production rates
- Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints
- Trim and roll product using hand and power tools
- Maintain accurate production records
- Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects
- Ensure assigned area is clean and organized
Requirements
- Able to learn and follow manufacturing processes
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs periodically
