Summary
Operate both plant and mobile equipment within the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) line of business safely and efficiently as well as perform necessary maintenance on the plants throughout the year. This position will require periodic travel between all three Dolomite RMC locations in the Rochester, NY area.

Summary

Compensation And Company Benefits
- $23.00-$27.00 an hour
- Paid Time Off
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription
- Operate plant according to production schedule using appropriate materials to meet quality requirements
- Assist in plant maintenance, housekeeping, and with compiling reports regarding plant production and maintenance
- Perform a wide range of laboring duties within a RMC plant as necessary
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures as well as comply with environmental standards
- Travel locally between the three Dolomite RMC locations and assist as necessary.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance
- Demonstrate good safety performance
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Prior related experience is preferred, but training will be provided as needed
