As a Restaurant Manager you will plan, guide and execute contracted services for a single client and/or a client outlet normally generating up to a $1M in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
Depending on the client, services are primarily food service but can occasionally include facility support, custodial services, and more. The Restaurant Manager is a key operations leader responsible for developing and executing service solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management

Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives

Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees

Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour
Qualifications
In order to be prepared for this role, qualified candidates will possess:

Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.

Prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams is required.

Strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
