Job Description:
Aramark Destinations is seeking two dependable, hands-on Retail Supervisors for Glen Cove Inn, a high-altitude stop on the Pikes Peak Highway. This year-round position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys guest interaction, and is physically prepared for the demands of operating at 11,000 feet in elevation.
Supervisors will oversee retail operations and support food and warehouse functions in a fast-paced setting, working a late shift from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on a rotating 3-4-4-3 schedule. This role requires frequent movement up and down stairs while lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Due to access restrictions at Glen Cove, personal vehicles are not permitted. Supervisors must have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles up and down the mountain. Additionally, employees should be aware that during the harsh winter months, weather-related call-offs will occur, depending on road and safety conditions.

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $22.58 to $22.58. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead daily retail operations including opening/closing, stocking, and merchandising
- Supervise retail staff and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently
- Handle cash and POS transactions in accordance with Aramark’s Cash Handling policies
- Transport inventory and supplies up and down stairs and assist with restocking
- Coordinate inventory requisitions and warehouse deliveries
- Maintain a clean and orderly retail and shared back-of-house environment
- Ensure all product displays follow company standards and planograms
- Support kitchen and food staff during peak traffic when needed
- Conduct cycle counts, manage vouchers, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Provide training, support, and feedback to team members

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or team leadership roles
- Clean driving record and ability to drive Aramark vehicles (required for site access)
- Able to carry 50 lbs. and go up/downstairs frequently in a high-altitude environment
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

At over 11,000 feet along the historic Pikes Peak Highway, Glen Cove Inn serves as a nostalgic stop for tourists and locals alike, featuring a casual “greasy spoon” kitchen and a vibrant gift shop. This location offers both high guest volume in the summer and a quieter, but rugged, winter season.
Because personal vehicles are not permitted, Retail Supervisors must be eligible to operate Aramark-provided vehicles. Weather-related call-offs may occur during the winter season based on road and mountain conditions.
