This is a 100% Prospecting role, we are continually hiring mid and senior level developers.

Mid Level Developers : CSA, and 1 CIS; Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field and 3 - 7 years of experience.

Senior Level Developers : CSA, 2 CISs, and we prefer you have your CAD too, otherwise you will have to get it once hired. Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field with 6 plus years of experience.

CRI is looking to hire a REMOTE ServiceNow Developer that will work on ServiceNow implementations, integrations, configurations, and custom application development for various customers that are part of our solutions practice. This position will also provide ServiceNow proofs of concept, product functional demos, and other development activities in support of business development. In addition to development activities, the ServiceNow Developer may be asked to provide support to clients through submitted incidents, problems, changes, and requests. This is a Full-Time position. Must be US Citizen.

Responsibilities :

Work in collaboration with CRI's Delivery Director, project managers and technical resources to :

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with customers and document project functional and non-functional requirements and / or User Stories.
  • Manage execution of User Stories and maintain Backlog within Sprints and Epics.
  • Develop custom items, features, and workflows to satisfy business need.
  • Design and develop queries, widgets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Code in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and other relevant languages and tools to deliver application functionality.
  • Build out custom and unique flows using Flow Designer in ServiceNow to allow for 3rd party integrations and / or tasks to function in accordance with Client requirements.
  • Build unit and functional test specifications and / or scripts; conduct unit and functional testing; oversee and / or assist customer acceptance testing; conduct post-production release testing.
  • Develop and deliver customer training.
  • Collaborate with CRI's Sales team and other co-workers to develop accounts, including presenting ServiceNow and CRI capabilities.
  • Assist in assessing opportunities for fit with ServiceNow products and recommending solutions.
  • Develop demo instances highlighting CRI's ability to address customer requirements.

Required Work Experience :

  • 3 - 7 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and customer service mentality.
  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including implementation and configuration of the core ServiceNow applications.
  • Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, including users, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, service portal, widgets, and catalog items.
  • Possess a good understanding of ITIL process framework.
  • Knowledge of Scrum / agile development principles.
  • Skills to effectively analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and public.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is required :
  • ITSM product suite, CSM product suite, ITBM product suite, ITOM product suite, HRSD product suite, Security Operations product suite

  • Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow is desired.
  • Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, Bootstrap, AngularJS and JSON), System and Process Automation is desired.
  • As a CRI ServiceNow Developer, The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for staying up-to-date on all new ServiceNow products, associated end-user product integrations and have the ability to obtain additional ServiceNow product certifications as required.
  • Education Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Current Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • ServiceNow Certifications Preferred
