Position: Virginia Credentialed Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A)
Location: Ashburn, VA
Available Shifts:
1. Varied Schedule Monday - Sunday must have morning and early afternoon availability
2. Saturday-Sunday 8am-10pm

Your Role:
As a QMHP-A, you'll lead the way in developing Individualized Recovery Plans (IRPs) that empower individuals on their path to recovery. You’ll provide supportive counseling, training, and help individuals integrate into the community. Your expertise will be crucial in crisis situations and daily support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with individuals and their support systems.
- Conduct clinical assessments to tailor service plans.
- Teach essential skills for independence and recovery.
- Represent CRi at various community and government meetings.
- Mentor fellow staff to enhance professional development.
- Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards.

What You Bring:
- Must be registered as a QMHP-A or hold a valid LMFT, LSATP, or LPC in Virginia.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge in serious mental illness, treatment modalities, crisis intervention, and community resources.
