Job Responsibilities
Mandatory Qualifications:
Full-time: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, Mon-Thurs 11pm-9am
Part-time: Fri-Sun 11pm-9am, Sat-Sun 6am-2pm, 9am-9pm, 7am-11pm
PRN/Relief: On-call/flexible. Schedule varies based on availability
CRi offers a competitive pay range of $17-$25 an hour for the DSP position. Starting pay is based on DSP level, level of experience represented on the resume, and interview performance/evaluation.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (ID/DD)
- Providing support with activities of daily living: to include but not limited to- personal hygiene of both males and females
- Providing active treatment
- Daily documentation and record keeping
- Medication administration
- Community inclusion and engagement
Mandatory Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- (1) Full year of successful experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or other types of developmental disabilities.
- CNA license
- Flexible schedule

DSP Levels & Starting Pay
- DSP I - Provides day-to-day support to individuals with IDD. No experience required. Starting pay: $17/hr-$18.50/hr.
- DSP II - In addition to regular DSP responsibilities, DSP II acts as a mentor and can demonstrate and effectively communicate its increased knowledge of supporting individuals with IDD. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with IDD population clearly represented on resume is required. Starting pay: $20.50/hr.
- DSP III -In addition to regular DSP responsibilities, DSP III acts as a leader and provides administrative and training oversight. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with IDD population clearly represented on resume is required. Starting pay: $22/hr
