Join the herd and unlock your opportunity.About the Opportunity Cribl is looking forward to adding a Senior Financial Analyst to the finance team to support our G&A teams. As a key partner to leadership across Finance, Operations, and People teams, you'll help drive critical planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that power the growth of the organization. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of FP&A, you'll play a vital role in shaping the company's financial future and supporting the decision-making of our leadership team.Responsibilities Play an integral role in the Company's annual planning and forecast processes for the G&A organization, including working directly with cross-functional leaders to align financial goals with strategic initiatives.Own the preparation and presentation of monthly reporting packages, including detailed Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analyses, providing insights to leadership across Finance, Operations, and People teams.Assist in preparation of quarterly board and investor materials.Drive enhancements of our EPM tool (Pigment). Identify opportunities for system improvements, including shifting HRIS systems, exploring AI adoption, and expanding use-cases across the business.Collaborate with the People team to enhance company headcount reporting, optimize recruiting modeling, and support international expansion framework.Enhance T&E intelligence and reporting for business partners to better support decision-making across the business.Minimum Requirements 2-4 years of FP&A, Finance or Accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other business-related focus.Expertise in financial modeling with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities in financial data.Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and wear multiple hats.Sharp attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a growing organization.Exceptional communication skills with experience working cross-functionally, influencing key stakeholders and driving alignment.Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with financial software tools like Pigment, Anaplan, NetSuite, or Salesforce is a plus.Experience at a high-growth pre-IPO SaaS company preferred.Strong working knowledge of GAAP accounting.Salary Range : ($90,900 - $170,500). The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
