About the Role:
- Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales metrics.
- Manage company assets, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Develop your team to be industry leaders, providing training and coaching on wireless sales and service.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor, coach, and counsel sales staff to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with required training monthly and annually per Cricket standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, discrepancies, and conduct daily, weekly, and month-end counts as needed.
- Provide positive reinforcement and training to promote the growth of sales associates.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service management experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
- Bilingualism in Spanish is highly valued.
