```Duties```
As a Sales Professional, your main responsibility will be to sell products or services to customers. You will be expected to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with suitable solutions. Your duties will include:

- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrating product knowledge and explaining features and benefits
- Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions
- Upselling additional products or services to maximize sales
- Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Utilizing phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customer base
- Strong customer service skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey product information and benefits
- Ability to upsell and promote additional products or services
- Technical sales knowledge to understand and explain complex products or services
- Experience in wireless sales or technology sales is a plus
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
