What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/ Sales Rep position at Cricket Wireless Authorized Dealer?
NOT MONDAY-FRIDAY (really Glitch) Hourly pay with the ability to earn commission based on metrics. 7 days of PTO once you reach a year of employment. Unlimited earning potential depending on performance. Raises yearly. Monthly bonuses and bi-weekly commission if goals are met. Schedule requests are first come, first serve and you can have 1 weekend request per month and 2 requests per 2 week schedule.
Need someone who has the ability to work both shifts. Hours are M-F shift is 9:45 a.m.-6:15 p.m. or 11:45a.m.-8:15 p.m. Saturdays are 9:45-6:15 only and Sundays are 11:45-5:15. Every other Sunday off typically. Most Saturdays are required. Possibly willing to work with someone's schedule- please after applying message me on the app and let me know availability.
Job Summary:

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of retail math is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other sales tools
