What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Sales Representative position at Cricket Wireless Authorized Dealer?
We need someone who has the ability to work both shifts. Hours are M-F shift is 9:45 a.m.-6:15 p.m. or 11:45a.m.-8:15 p.m. Saturdays are 9:45-6:15 only and Sundays are 11:45-5:15. Must be able after training period is over to work most Sundays and will be off most Saturdays. Possibly willing to work with someone's schedule- please after applying message me on the app and let me know availability.
Must be great at customer service! No previous sales experience required. Hourly pay plus commission if earned with potential for bonuses.
Job Summary:

- Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of retail math is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other sales tools
