Responsibilities

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and restocking items as necessary.
• Supervise and train new staff members to ensure they adhere to company policies and standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate sales strategies and store promotions.
• Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
