Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize losses
- Lead the sales team by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing training
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to maximize profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
