Compensation Range: Wireless Retail Sales Associates for Smart Touch Wireless earn up to $30.00 or more per hour including base pay rate and commissions earned.

We have both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities. As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Smart Touch Wireless, you will be:

• Assisting new and existing customers through the education and sales process
• Meet and exceed both personal and assigned sales goals
• Sell all products and services offered by the company
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale such as completing customer contracts and warranties,
• Pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing the completed orders
• Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
• Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Leader regarding local competition and product/service needs
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events
• Perform other duties as assigned by sales management
• Participate as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others
• Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction

As a Wireless Retail Sales Associates for Smart Touch Wireless, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish a plus
• Sales and or customer facing experience required, preferably in a Wireless industry: 1 year
• Ability to operate all office and wireless equipment pertinent to the position
• Available 25-40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrate clear communication in listening, writing, and speaking
• Consistently demonstrate a commitment to Smart Touch Wireless LLC policies and procedures,
• including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
