Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language, providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, cash handling, and a passion for helping customers find the products they need.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize effective communication skills to assist customers in both English and another language.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Supervise junior staff when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain phone etiquette while handling customer calls and inquiries.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required.
• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
