Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize strong customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience and build lasting relationships.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and managing returns.
- Assist in inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required.
- Proven experience in sales or retail, with a strong understanding of retail math concepts.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
