Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a retail environment
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless devices and accessories
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different wireless products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed
- Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a professional and timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the wireless industry
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic retail math
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service and sales processes
- Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system for accurate sales transactions
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling strategies
