- Sales Excellence: Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to retain and attract customers.
- Event Participation: Engage in outside sales events and store promotions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to create a positive, results-driven atmosphere.
- Daily Operations: Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and manage cash accountability.
- Goal Achievement: Host in-store events and consistently meet daily sales goals.
- Effective Communication: Coordinate effectively with the Store Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
- Understand customers' needs and connect them with the right products and services.

Qualifications:
- Required Skills:

o Capability to stand for extended periods and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Preferred Skills:
o Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (highly prioritized).
o At least one year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
o Previous experience in cash handling and quota-driven sales environments.
o Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and MS Office software.
