Job Description : Bilingual Store Manager
BlueFigUSA, Florida's largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a Bilingual Store Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate should have open work availability, excellent selling, and customer service skills. Experience in retail management is required, as well as the ability to coach and train a sales team to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train and coach sales team members to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
