We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our Cricket Wireless store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail sales. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and ensure high-quality service.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to drive store traffic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless or telecommunications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
