Duties
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities, including concrete pouring, setting forms
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required on job sites.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Engage in trim carpentry tasks as needed, ensuring precision and quality in all work performed.
- Lay tile according to design specifications while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Skills
- Proficiency in concrete
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Competence in operating various power tools safely.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
- Previous experience as a carpenter is advantageous.
