Position Summary
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance to ammonia systems, water systems, compressed air systems, steam and ventilation systems.
General Purpose:
Ensure ammonia system, water systems, compressed air system and steam system are fully functional.

- Install ammonia system, water systems, compressed air system, steam system and ventilation systems
- Perform corrective maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Perform on the emergency response team.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Employee should be able to learn ammonia system, water systems, compressed air system, steam system and ventilation systems.
Preferred Relevant Skills and Experience
- Employee must have a high school diploma/GED.
- Strong abilities in mathematics are a necessity.
- Written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong desire to lead by example and follow directions.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually high. Able to work on high locations such as roofs is necessary.
