Position Responsibilities · Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to insure our products meet and exceed consumers’ expectation. · Develops and directs personnel to execute refrigeration and forklift/pallet jack maintenance operations not to exclude any other areas assigned. · Ensures programs that will monitor efficiencies and cost are carried out, and makes adjustments as needed. · Executes programs that will continue to improve the maintenance team. · (In case of absence of key personnel, the job will be filled by a trained employee)

Preferred and Relevant Skills and Experience · Experience in industrial refrigeration (preferably ammonia). · Experience with maintenance on industrial refrigeration equipment. · Experience with forklift and pallet jack maintenance and operations. · Knowledge and understanding of PSM/RMP and its requirements. · Advanced computer efficiency. · Knowledge of PMs, efficiency, and cost. | |

The production area is normally damp or wet. The noise level in the work environment is of a level that will require hearing protection. Must be able to work overtime, nights and weekends when required. The hours will vary due to production demands.

All attempts should be made to ensure that the written and digital records are documented at the time the activity is performed, legible, clear, concise and suitably authorized (not falsified) by those undertaking monitoring (documented work tasks).
