Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations, manage administrative tasks, and assist with various projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily bookkeeping tasks, journal entries, and general ledgers. Must have a clear understanding of accounting principles.
- Manage daily office operations, including the creation, organization of document filing within the ERP system, and answer and redirect phone calls.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
Requirements
- AGAIN: Must have a clear understanding of accounting principles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
- English/Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill is valuable for communication with our Mexico subsidiary.

Pay: $19.25 - $23.00 per hour
